DRAWS AND DEADLINES: 

The Loyalty Draw will be held at 2:00pm on May 25, 2022 at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:59pm on May 17, 2022 will be eligible for this draw. 

The Early Bird Draw will be held at 2:00pm on August 4, 2022 at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:59pm on July 28, 2022 will be eligible for this draw. 

The Final Draw will be held at 2:00pm on November 4, 2022 at the office of Stride Management Corp. 3950 -12 Street NE, Calgary Alberta.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:59pm on November 2, 2022 will be eligible for this draw. 

All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws. 

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Stride Management Corp. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC.  Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, certified, and approved by AGLC.   

All the above-mentioned draws are open to any member of the public wishing to attend. 

Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis will the Licensee make a request for a draw date extension. 

Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

Raffle guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets: The Lottery Manager, employees of Stride Management Corp., immediate family of those listed above, members of the Kinsmen Club of Taber, their spouses and children, and anyone under the age of 18.  The Licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act. 

PRIZES: 

There are 3 total prizes for a total retail value of $59,708.00 (includes GST).  

There is 1 (one) loyalty prize of $1,000.00 cash, 1 (one) Early Bird prize of $2,500.00 cash, and the grand prize is 1 (one) 2022 Chevrolet Camaro or $45,000.00 cash. 

The Winner will be notified in writing and/or by phone call by lottery representatives; detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize.  Also, the name, city and winning ticket number will be published within 14 days on the lottery website site www.taberkinsmenkarraffle.ca 

Vehicle mileage may include mileage incurred while transporting vehicles from venue to venue for the purpose of ticket sales. All vehicles must be picked up at supplier dealerships, no deliveries will be made. Prizes do not include insurance and/or registration. 

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes unless indicated.  All prizes must be claimed within three months from the final draw date. 

If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than three (3) months from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes.  The committee reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.   

TICKETS: 

In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to one individual whose name appears on the stub.  The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals. 

All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. and are only available by mail, phone, online, and at designated sales location or outlets identified by the committee as required.   

Tickets may be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, Debit.  The Lottery Committee’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket. 

If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued. 

Kinsmen Kar Raffle tickets available are: 500 single tickets for $20, 500 sets of 5 for $50, 650 sets of 25 for $100, and 950 sets of 75 for $150 for a total of 90,500 tickets.
